Step into nature and into yourself with a guided experience designed to nurture, heal, and empower.

Gathering Blooms

We’ll begin with a nature walk to collect foliage and flowers that speak to your spirit. If you prefer, Gracefully Bloomed will provide a flower and greenery bar so you may intuitively select blooms that call to you.

Hoʻoponopono Practice

Together, we will share in the spirit of Hoʻoponopono—a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. You will be invited to create a personal timeline with your blooms, arranging them in a way that helps you reflect, release, and grow through your unique life journey.

Lei Po’o or Lei Weaving

Guided step by step, you will learn the art of weaving a lei poʻo (flower crown) or a lei (garland) of your choice. The workshop agenda can be adapted to your group’s preference.

Circle of Completion

As you connect the two ends of your lei poʻo or lei, you will symbolize the full circle of healing—a completion of the work you’ve begun to face, grow through, and conquer whatever life has placed before you.

Personal One-on-One Time

For those who find it difficult to share in a group, private reflection is welcomed. You may spend one-on-one time with Gracefully Bloomed Creations owner, Lee Intachai, who will gently guide you through your personal journey. Together, you’ll highlight the words from your worksheet that resonate most deeply with your heart and story. Lee will also share simple, graceful hula-inspired movements—a way to express your feelings through the language of dance and movement, when words alone may not be enough.

Wear Your Royalty

Before we part, you will be invited to wear your lei proudly—on your head or around your neck—as a daily reminder of the royalty, beauty, and strength you carry within.
